EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?
● Ensuring high-quality standards of interviews and feedback review.
● Basic understanding of IT Skills (Java, .Net, Testing, cloud, and ...).
● Releasing the interview feedback on time (TAT) as SLAs and SOPs post to review.
● Review and Analysis of interview videos(Quality of the video, technical questions asked, relevancy to JD).
● Review and analysis of feedback (Comparing the video and feedback to check
whether they are in sync or not).
● Following Panels for pending feedback and feedback editing.
● Convincing the panels in a polite way to complete the task assigned to them.
● Revalidate the feedback in case of any customer feedback on approved feedback and prepare a detailed report.
● Reporting the technical glitches in the feedback review and editing to the technical team.
● Should be good in documentation.
● Maintaining good relationships with Panels, customers, and internal teams.
● Quick learner and eagerness to learn new skills.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
● A BTech/BE degree or any relevant technical qualification from a reputable institution is essential.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong computer proficiency, with knowledge of quality checks and analysis.
●A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work.
